Overview
Job Purpose
- To act as subject matter expert and provide domain or tool/technology specific expertise across multiple applications
Key Result Areas
- To contribute and participate in IT studies.
- To provide end to end support for implementation of the solution
- Review and delivery of functional documents and system design – operational procedures, logical data model, functional architecture for multiple tools and technologies.
- Suggest and implement functional solutions for the requirements transversally.
- Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements
- Provide technical support during UAT and go live
- Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects
- Level 3 support to production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA
- Follow Agile/SAFE processes
- Support regression and integration testing
- Coach team members on functional and business knowledge of application(s)

Educational Qualification
B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent
Relevant Experience
Minimum 5/6+ years Marketing IT Professional with Adobe Marketo Engage AD0-E559 Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert certification
