Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking protocols, firewalls, and security tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
