IT Executive

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and data security. This role involves overseeing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with IT projects to enhance hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points, etc.).
• Provide technical support for basic electronic components and devices used within the IT environment.
• Help in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems.
• Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues.
• Ensure all IT hardware, including electronics and security devices, are functioning optimally.
• Support the senior IT staff in implementing IT projects and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, CCTV system setups, and other relevant technical details.
• Provide assistance with system backups and data recovery in the event of failure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronics, networking, and surveillance systems.
• Firewall configuration, setup and modifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience required 2-3 years in the same field
• Basic understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
• Familiarity with common networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of basic electronics, including circuit theory, voltage, current, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with or willingness to learn about CCTV surveillance systems and related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in IT security or network administration (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or similar systems.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
