Overview

Position: IT Executive
Industry: Applicable across sectors including Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging
Experience: Typically 2–5 Years
Qualification:

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Applications
• Google IT Support / Cybersecurity Certificate
• ERP System Training/Certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, printers, and network devices.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, access rights, email systems, and security permissions.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, internet connectivity, and internal IT infrastructure.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs or replacements of faulty IT equipment.
• Ensure regular data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
• Install and support ERP software systems; assist departments in system use and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT inventory, licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
• Maintain network security by configuring firewalls, antivirus protection, and data access policies.
• Keep systems and software up to date with the latest patches and upgrades.
• Document IT procedures, policies, incident logs, and training materials for staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and external support.
• Assist in IT-related audits, compliance checks, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.
• Participate in planning and implementing new technologies or digital transformation initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
