IT Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems
• Troubleshoot system/network issues and escalate when needed
• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall devices
• Ensure timely software updates, antivirus, and patch management
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure up-to-date documentation
• Assist in user account management (email, AD, etc.)
• Support video conferencing tools, Office 365, and cloud-based services
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and AMC

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT support protocols
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup, LAN/WAN, and VPN
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset tracking
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and support a dynamic work environment

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications like CompTIA A+/N+, CCNA (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,775.67 - ₹37,088.87 per month
