Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems
- Troubleshoot system/network issues and escalate when needed
- Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall devices
- Ensure timely software updates, antivirus, and patch management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure up-to-date documentation
- Assist in user account management (email, AD, etc.)
- Support video conferencing tools, Office 365, and cloud-based services
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and AMC
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT support protocols
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup, LAN/WAN, and VPN
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset tracking
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and support a dynamic work environment
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications like CompTIA A+/N+, CCNA (added advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,775.67 - ₹37,088.87 per month
