Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on ERPNext.
• Develop and support internal applications using React, JavaScript, and Python.
• Monitor and optimize database performance; ensure data integrity and security.
• Work closely with various departments to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues, implement updates, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors or tech partners when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ERPNext (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and Python.
• Proficiency in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience Required:

• Relevant work experience is essential and will directly influence your compensation.
