Job description:

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and swift resolution of technical issues.
• Research and recommend new technologies that could enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.
• Manage the IT budget and handle the procurement of necessary equipment and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and resource allocation.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to uphold data security and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a technical advisor to the leadership team, offering expert guidance on all IT-related matters to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Post graduation
• Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
• 2 to 5 years of IT Experience.
• English & Kannada is Mandatory
• Active and Enthusiastic Personality

CTC & Other Benefits Details:

• CTC Range upto 4,20,000 per Annum
