Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Website Updates || Platform Management
• User || Points & Products Uploads.
• Coupon and User Tagging.
• Product names, Price and stock updation and Portal Management.
• Reports
• Weekly & Monthly - Sales Report
• Website Analytics Report.
• Internal MIS Reports
• IT Support - Coordinator
• Internal coordination - AMC & Maintenance Services.
• Basic understanding of System Troubleshooting.
• Follow-ups and coordination regarding quotations given.

Skills:

• Excel (Must Required)
• MIS Reporting
• Good Communication - Experience in customer service
• Ecommerce Experience - Most Preferred

Eligibility:

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Must have a Min Experience between 3-5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
