Qualification: B.E./B.TECH with computer science/ information technology or M.SC. with IT

Experience: Minimum 01 and Maximum 03 year

Job Role :

Manage Branch wise IT related Hardware like PCs, CAMARA, and UPS & collaborate with respective vendors for operational issues

Handling Cyber portal Audits & Compliance in below Audits like – EDP, VAPT, IS Audit, Mobile Banking Audit, Website Audit

Handling CBS ticket tools related to mobile banking, audit & compliance points etc.

Handling DLT / SMS Portal

Manage Branch wise Network Connectivity (i.e. LAN/ WAN, VPN), Routers, SFTP connections & collaborate with respective vendors for operational issues.

MPLS connectivity related issues handling including ORACLE cloud, Branch wise MPLS primary connectivity with failover connectivity

Handling Cash Deposit Kiosk / Passbook Print Machine related all works

SOC queries resolution work with network team and handling Outlook Mail Issues, URL white listing Issues and SEWABANK website IT related issues.

Skills :

Must have English speaking and writing Knowledge

Must have oracle database knowledge SQL/ PL SQL knowledge required ( SQL queries understanding & can able to write as per logic requirement )
