Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive (L1 & L2) who will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of Web DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solutions and assist in maintaining data security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✅ L1 Support:

• Respond to and resolve IT tickets (hardware, software, and network issues).
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems & standard applications.
• User account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

✅ L2 Support:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Patch management, antivirus updates, and system performance monitoring.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendors as required.
• Support IT asset management and documentation.

✅ Web DLP Solution (Basic Understanding):

• Assist in monitoring and reporting alerts generated by the Web DLP solution.
• Support implementation and configuration under senior security team guidance.
• Ensure endpoints comply with DLP policies.
• Educate users on best practices to prevent data leaks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of IT administration (L1/L2) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience with antivirus, backup tools, and IT asset management.
• Familiarity with Web DLP solutions (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, McAfee, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to document processes, maintain IT inventory, and provide clear user guidance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of firewall, VPN, and endpoint security tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
• IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, CCNA will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
