Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive with 3–5 years of experience in supporting POS systems, store IT operations, and business applications in a retail or restaurant environment. The role involves handling day-to-day system support, menu and pricing updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for POS systems and other store/business applications.
• Manage updates related to products, prices, promotions, and menu changes in the POS system.
• Handle POS configuration and support store setup activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Support item master updates and basic inventory-related system issues.
• Assist in new store opening activities from an IT and system support perspective.
• Coordinate with third-party platforms and vendors for issue resolution where required.
• Support store hardware-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
• Assist users with basic training and operational support on store applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in POS support, IT support, or store application support.
• Hands-on experience with any standard POS system.
• Good understanding of store operations, menu management, pricing updates, and troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational support effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
