Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain system security, and assist in implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices are implemented.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and AMC support.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications as required.
• Assist in setting up conference rooms, video conferencing tools, and office IT infrastructure.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets and user queries.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall basics.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Office 365, or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good English Communication Required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
