Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Airia Mall, Gurugram (Delhi NCR)
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and interview evaluation)

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (as per roster requirements)
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Joining Preference: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

Smaaash Entertainment is hiring an IT Executive to support technical operations and maintain smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across business and customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS systems, and peripheral devices
• Provide software installation and troubleshooting support
• Monitor and maintain LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Resolve hardware and system-related issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Maintain records of IT assets and support activities
• Ensure business continuity through timely technical support

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, software troubleshooting, and system administration
• Experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, or customer-facing operations preferred
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends
• Diploma or Graduation in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline preferred
