IT Finance Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with finance stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  

• Document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT tools.
  

• Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors for solution design, testing, and deployment.
  

• Support system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects across finance functions (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FP&A, Treasury).
  

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and manage defect resolution.
  

• Facilitate user onboarding, training, and post-implementation support.
  

• Monitor system performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Ensure alignment of deployed tools with business objectives and compliance standards.
  
  
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field.
  

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on Finance tools and solutions.
  

• Strong understanding of finance processes such as reporting, budgeting, accounting, or treasury.
  

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), finance automation tools, or BI platforms.
  

• Prior experience working in or with FMCG companies is mandatory.
  

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, Anaplan, Power BI, or other modern finance tools is a plus.
  

• Experience with data visualization, automation (RPA), or cloud-based finance platforms.
  

• Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
