Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage Microsoft O365, Google Workspace Administration, and Azure Active Directory.
• Device Management: Work with various operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, macOS, and iOS (iPad/iPhone).
• Hardware & Software Support: Install and configure company hardware, operating systems, and applications while diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues remotely.
• Network & Security: Handle basic server, network, switch, firewall, AP, EPABX, UPS, CCTV, and passive networking tasks.
• Remote Support: Utilize remote support tools, manage antivirus, patching, and Desktop Central Management systems.
• Help Desk Management: Provide end-user support through help desk ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• IT Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and handle IT procurement efficiently.
• Process Management: Apply SLA, ITIL, and ITSM processes to maintain seamless IT operations.
• Technology Expertise: Stay updated with Audio-Visual Technology, VC conferencing tools, and new technology trends through R&D and testing.
• Asset & License Management: Oversee IT assets, licenses, billing, and compliance documentation.
• Operational Support: Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Azure platforms.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT hardware.
• Familiarity with AV technology, remote support tools, and desktop management systems.
• Basic understanding of SLA, ITIL, and ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in vendor management, IT procurement, and negotiation.
• Passion for R&D, innovation, and testing new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?335,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
