IT Infrastructure Executive

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Executive to manage and maintain the company’s overall IT environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in server administration, networking, Linux systems, CCTV monitoring, biometric management, and hardware/software troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical background with the ability to handle end-to-end IT operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server and Network Management:

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Monitor network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure data security and backups.

2. System Administration:

• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, access permissions, and system updates.
• Perform regular system audits, data backups, and antivirus updates.

3. Security and Surveillance:

• Oversee CCTV setup, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring recording integrity.
• Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems and user access setups.
• Ensure IT security protocols are followed for systems and network access.

4. Technical Support and Maintenance:

• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support to employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system repairs, AMC renewals, or IT upgrades.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain documentation for all IT infrastructure, configurations, and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments.
• Proficiency in networking, server management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV and biometric systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with firewalls, antivirus, and backup management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
