Designation: IT Infrastructure Manager and Lead IT Infrastructure

Position Reports to: VP Engineering

Place of Posting: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Flexi Time and option to WFH

Key highlights of the role:

Architect and implement next generation of cloud-based applications running which are

dynamically scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and reliable.

This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and

security for all IT systems and infrastructure.

Partner the Business Applications & Digital Team leads and collaborate for complete functional delivery support in planning and deployment of all technology projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

∙Partners with CTO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and implementation along with information security operations.

∙Lead and drive technology Infrastructure team and information security i.e. Technology infrastructure, Network, Server, Database, Middleware, Webserver, Service desk as per ITIL standard, Information Security.

∙Ensure 24/7 continuity of IT Infrastructure Service Operations, Business Continuity, IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk Automation etc.

∙Plan and manage Day to day IT Infrastructure, Automation, Project management, and IT Security to improve IT efficiency, Cost and End-user Satisfaction.

∙Architect and implement next generation of cloud-based applications running which are dynamically scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and reliable

∙Assess, estimate, and support opportunities or business development in our clients

∙Drive the adoption of cloud and enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud ready architectures.

∙Conduct POC and prototyping of Cloud solutions

∙Direct all aspects of solution implementation

∙Be a thought leader in Cloud solution

∙Assist in joint review of IT security policies, controls and cyber incidents.

∙Develop and maintain disaster recovery program to ensure continuity of data integrity and technology functionality.

∙Direct and support implementation of new software and hardware.

∙Lead and manage an agile and result oriented team.

Desired Education/ Experience and Competencies:

∙BE/ B. Tech/ MCA with certification like MCSE, CCNP, ITIL, DevOps etc with 10+ Year experience in

managing the complete IT Infrastructure Team comprising of DevOps, Networking, Database and System

Administrators in a software Product company.

∙Experience in one or more Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google etc for wide range of

services.

∙Experience in deploying solutions in Cloud Platform, on premise, and Hybrid environment.

∙Hands-on in implementing large scale solution inclusive High Availability / Disaster recovery.

∙Experience in implementing API Gateway.

∙Experience in implementing security in Cloud.

∙Good understanding of Cloud Computing, Platform As A Service, Infrastructure As A Service.

∙Good understanding of DevOps.

∙Good understanding of UTM, Sophos, Cyberoam, Fortinet, CISCO / VPN etc.

∙Good understanding of Microservice architecture.

∙Having experience with Docker and related management systems such as

Kubernetes, PCF, and OpenShift will be a plus point.

∙Knowledge of integration techniques (System & network configuration).

∙Knowledge in Scripting (shell, perl, python, Terraform).

∙Good knowledge of complete CI/CD pipeline.

∙Automation and configuration management tools.

∙Service platform architectures and technologies (Cloud and xaaS technologies).

∙Knowledge in Databases (Mysql, MongoDB) would be an added advantage.

∙Knowledge in Virtualization & core Infra (Server, Network, Storage) platforms

∙Good Understanding of OS, Linux and Windows etc.

∙Knowledge on general infrastructure components like Networking, Server

platforms, storage, application structure, Identity, Security (Encryption, PKI), load

balancing, etc.

∙Good understanding of monitoring tool (NOC) ZABIX, Grafna, Nagios, Cloud watch and Cloud trail etc.

∙Good working knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.

∙Should have Good Experience in Customer Coordination (understand customer needs and

providing solutions).

∙Prior experience of broad range of IT Infra technologies, detail oriented, process driven,

innovative mind set and a deeply ingrained sense of ownership for the services delivered.

∙In depth Experience in managing IT Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Operation, Digital

Transformation, Server Architecture, Business Applications, Network / Applications.

∙Hands-on technical depth and ability to supervise team with sound leadership and direct involvement in

complex infrastructure implementations, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.

∙Excellent Knowledge of latest technology trend in IT Infrastructure and IT Security in Gaming/ Fintech industry.

∙Excellent English communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
