About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT operations, network and system administration, hardware/software management, and team coordination.

This is a key role to ensure smooth day-to-day IT functioning, secure systems, and support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, laptops, and software systems
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Administer user accounts, email setups (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), access rights, and security protocols
• Handle IT asset procurement, issuance, and tracking
• Set up and manage VPN, firewalls, and network security solutions
• Provide timely IT support to internal employees across departments
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software issues and service agreements
• Ensure data backups, system updates, antivirus protection, and IT policy compliance
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective (device setup, account access, recovery)
• Monitor and manage internal tools, IT inventory, and regular documentation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and suggest improvements in IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and basic server/cloud admin
• Experience with IT asset management and internal support
• Good understanding of data security, software licensing, and IT compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with ISO or IT security audits
• Familiarity with performance marketing or agency-based setups (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
