Meet The Team

Join our innovative IT department as anIT Managerat Dexcom India! This senior-level role is pivotal in providing IT leadership, managing IT staff, and implementing technology solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you'll excel in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Where You Come In

• Youdevelop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, in conjunction with the wider IT Team.
• Youoversee the maintenance and security of IT systems, networks, and data.
• Youmanage and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Youensure cybersecurity measures are in place and comply with industry standards, including regulatory requirements and accreditations such as ISO27001.
• Youmonitor and maintain servers, databases, cloud services, and IT assets.
• Youcoordinate with third-party vendors for IT products and services.
• Youensure timely IT support for employees, troubleshooting technical issues and following up on unresolved tickets.
• Youoversee the installation, upgrading, and licensing of software and hardware.
• Youlead IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Youmanage IT budgets and optimize expenses for technology needs.
• Youhandle any other tasks, projects, and activities as directed by senior IT Management.
  
  

What makes you successful:

• Youhave a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Youbring several years of experience in an IT Management role.
• Yourcertifications such as ITIL v4, CISSP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent are viewed favorably.
• Yourworking knowledge of ITSM is important, with experience in ServiceNow ITSM being desirable.
• Yoursolid knowledge of IT networking concepts, IT hardware platforms, and related topics is essential.
• Yourunderstanding of relevant regulatory compliance is strong.
• Yourcommunication and interpersonal skills are excellent.
• Youcan work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
