Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospital IT Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, particularly in healthcare environments, and a deep understanding of compliance, data security, and health information systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and user support.
• Manage hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), PACS, and other clinical and administrative systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) and internal data security policies.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and support departments to ensure IT systems meet operational needs.
• Manage IT support staff and vendors, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and manage the IT department’s budget.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain service uptime and performance.
• Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and regulatory compliance in healthcare IT.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• On-site role with occasional travel for training or system coordination.
• May require after-hours availability for emergency support or project deployment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
