Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team responsible for system administration, helpdesk support, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Plan and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
- Ensure data security, system backups, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with IT policies.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and ensure cost-effective procurement and AMC renewals.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and VPNs; monitor IT performance and uptime.
- Conduct IT audits, prepare documentation, maintain IT asset inventory, and manage software licenses.
- Train and mentor the IT support team, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure knowledge sharing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, server management, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, routers, endpoint security, and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, cybersecurity practices, and system compliance standards
- Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred)
- Certifications like ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, or similar are a plus

Pay: ₹367,055.96 - ₹1,542,283.66 per year
