Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager with strong expertise in network infrastructure and ERP systems, specifically SAP, to oversee the daily operations of our IT department. This role will be responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and efficient IT environment while supporting the business through technology solutions and ERP optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT department, including network engineers, system administrators, and support staff.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers (AD, GPO, Remote Administration) ensuring regular updates, backups.
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, anti-virus software, routers, switches, VPNs).
• Ensure high availability and security of IT systems and networks.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee physical and logical security infrastructure (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Manage telecommunication infrastructure including VoIP systems, PBX, video conferencing tools, and mobile connectivity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee IT project management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Lead the ERP strategy, implementation, and ongoing management with a strong focus on SAP modules (e.g., SAP B1 HANA) relevant to textile operations.

· Write and optimize MS-SQL scripts and manage database performance, backups, and security.

· Design and generate custom reports using Crystal Reports, tailored to different departments' operational and strategic needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and align ERP functionality with business processes.
• Manage relationships with SAP consultants and vendors to support ERP upgrades and customizations.
• Ensure system integrations, data migrations, and process automations are efficiently handled.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP B1 HANA.
• Familiarity with database management and cloud technologies.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, SAP Certified Application Associate, PMP).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
