Overview

1. Planning and Implementation:

• Strategic IT Planning:Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Infrastructure Design:Designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
• System Integration:Ensuring that all IT systems and applications work seamlessly together.
• Project Management:Overseeing and managing IT projects, such as ERP implementation or new software deployments.

2. Operations and Maintenance:

• Network Management:Managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance:Ensuring that all hardware and software are properly maintained and updated.
• IT Support:Providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues, and ensuring that all IT systems are operating effectively.
• Security Management:Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery:Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or emergencies.

3. Specific Responsibilities in a Steel Production Company:

• Integrating with Production Systems:Working closely with production engineers to integrate IT systems with production processes, such as material tracking, quality control, and inventory management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilizing data analytics to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaboration with other Departments:Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and finance, to ensure that IT systems meet their needs.
• Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:Keeping abreast of the latest IT technologies and trends in the steel industry to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, hardware, software, and security.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, implement, and manage IT projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
