Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and team. This role involves planning and implementing IT strategies, ensuring systems are secure and efficient, and supporting business operations through effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including networks, servers, security, and software.
• Lead and mentor IT staff; assign tasks, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are up to date and operational.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and security.
• Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), ERP systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.

Working Conditions:

• On-call duties as needed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
