Overview

1. Desktop Support:

• Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage software installations, updates, and patches.

2. Network Management:

• Configure and manage network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure a stable connection.
• Implement security measures to protect network integrity.

3. Server Administration:

• Maintain and monitor company servers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols.
• Perform routine data backups and system updates.

4. Surveillance System Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain surveillance cameras.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Manage data storage and retrieval of surveillance footage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,984.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
