IT Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution. Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage risks proactively. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, agile methodologies, and company standards. Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned. Manage client relationships, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project goals. Work closely with senior management to align projects with the company’s strategic vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. At least 3 years as a Project Manager. Proven experience in managing software development projects using Laravel, .NET, SharePoint, Power Platform. Well versed with QA. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project etc. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. Efficient in managing teams. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
