IT Project Manager

Overview

• Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

• Team Coordination:

Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Budget & Resource Management:

Track project costs, prepare forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.

• Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes through formal change control processes.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Agile/Waterfall Methodologies:

Apply suitable project management methodologies depending on the project type and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management or software project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and IT infrastructure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,577.36 - ₹60,847.44 per month
