Job Responsibilities:

Business Process Evaluation:

● Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for

improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

● Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization

strategies.

IT Advancements and Automation:

● Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and

modernise systems.

Communication and Coordination:

● Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

● Perform requirements analysis.

● Document and communicate the results of your efforts.

● Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members

and management.

● Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce

useful reports.

● Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

● Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Resource Management:

● Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency.

● Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

● Manage competing resources and priorities.

● Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

● Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

● Perform user acceptance testing.

Project Management:

● Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

● Update, implement, and maintain procedures.

Liaison Responsibilities:

● Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

● Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information

Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

● Previous working experience in the same domain with the same profession.

Technical Skills:

Project Management Tools:

● Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA,

Trello).

Software Development:

● Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

● Basic coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Database Management:

● Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle).

Systems Integration:

● Knowledge of integrating various IT systems and software.

Cloud Technologies:

● Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Networking:

● Basic understanding of networking principles and configurations.

Data Analysis:

● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Automation Tools:

● Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
