IT Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities: Project Management AND TEAM LEADER

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
• Manage risk, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
• Report project status and outcomes to senior leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals (developers, analysts, engineers).
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Foster a collaborative, productive, and accountable team environment.
• Allocate resources and delegate tasks based on skill and workload.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure , Hostinger), DevOps, and cybersecurity principles.

• Strong leadership presence and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build trust with team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,250.67 - ₹25,935.70 per month
