Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management — from initiation and planning to execution and closure — ensuring all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects including infrastructure, application development, and system upgrades.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

· Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and quality standards.

· Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

· Monitor and report project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and regular updates.

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

· Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives.

· Ensure all projects comply with IT governance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong advantage.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,063,056.36 per year
