We seek a highly skilled IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadline. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Additionally, the role involves working with multi-country teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across different time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure project goals align with service delivery requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget. Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
  
  

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ADO).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and web technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and experience in working with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments, including remote and on-site work.
  
  

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. PMP / PRINCE II certification is mandatory
