We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful development and execution of diverse client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management: Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project milestones.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing issues or concerns promptly.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources and manage team capacity to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring that deliverables meet both client and company quality standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with proven experience in project management roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
