Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager (Fresher) to join our growing IT team at Kylient Software Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and project management, and wants to build a career in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and managing IT projects under supervision
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Prepare project documentation and status reports
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure timely communication and updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Support senior project managers in administrative and coordination tasks

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
