IT Project Manager (Pre-sales)

What You'll Do

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client needs and tailor demo experiences accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics of client demos, including scheduling, environment setup, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the technical liaison during pre-sales conversations, helping communicate our product’s capabilities clearly and effectively.
• Coordinate internal resources to develop custom demo workflows or proof-of-concepts when needed.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams during the pre-sales process.
• Work closely with the delivery/project team to ensure a seamless hand-off from sales to execution.
• Help define and improve internal processes for managing pre-sales activities and client onboarding.
• Track timelines, action items, and client expectations using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in IT project management, preferably in SaaS, B2B tech, or a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with pre-sales, technical sales, or client-facing demo environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills—you’re just as comfortable talking to developers as you are to executives.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a start-up or scale-up and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
