About the role~ .

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Security Awareness Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging security awareness content and training programs to enhance our organization's security posture. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to drive security awareness and influence behaviour across all levels of the organization.

We collaborate closely with IT, HR, Compliance, and leadership to ensure that security practices are integrated into everyday operations. Through awareness and education, we strive to make cybersecurity foundational in the way we work and protect FIS, our colleagues, and our clients. What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop and deliver high-impact security awareness materials, including videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
• Conduct live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences, ensuring content is accessible and engaging.
• Explain complex security concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences, tailoring tone and messaging for different departments and leadership levels.
• Identify high-risk employee groups and develop targeted awareness programs to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, and leadership to drive security awareness and influence behavior across teams and seniority levels.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, drive insights, and support continuous improvement in security awareness programs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organization and time management skills.
• Work independently to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.
  
  

What You Bring

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to explain security or complex concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to tailor tone and messaging for different departments or leadership levels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, Compliance, and leadership.
• Comfortable influencing behavior and driving awareness across teams and seniority levels.
• Expertise in developing engaging, high-impact awareness materials~ videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
• Experience delivering both live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences.
• Understanding of security fundamentals~ phishing, malware, social engineering, password hygiene, etc.
• Ability to identify high-risk employee groups.
• Skilled in tools like Excel and Power BI to drive insights and support continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to articulate messages effectively through presentations.
• Experience with SharePoint editing and management.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

• Hands-on experience with awareness platforms (Ninjio, KnowB4, Cofense, Proofpoint).
• Security certifications like SSAP or CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with advanced design and video tools.
• Understanding of behavioral change models and adult learning theory.
• Experience working in global teams or multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Automate).
