Overview
Location: Mohali | Shift: Night | Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to handle incoming voice support for US customers facing issues with system performance, applications, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from US customers and resolve issues related to OS, email, MS Office, and network devices.
- Record tickets and update resolution details in the CRM system.
- Promote and sell technical service plans when applicable.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English.
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
- Comfortable with night shifts and system-based troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,178.15 - ₹47,210.99 per month
