
Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation:
- Lead the on-site and remote installation and configuration of software for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from client onboarding to the
successful deployment of IT solutions.
- Ensure proper setup of systems, devices, and security protocols during the
implementation phase.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule and conduct training sessions on the new systems
or software.
- Provide post-implementation support, ensuring clients are confident in using the
solutions and addressing any initial issues.
IT Support (On-site & Remote):
- Provide hands-on IT support at client locations for software and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across various platforms,
ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person visits and
provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed logs of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future
reference and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns,
and requests in a professional manner.
- Ensure friendly approach with the customers and ensure timely resolution of support
request up to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address any
ongoing issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in detail to ensure
accurate records are maintained.
- Prepare implementation and support reports for internal use and for client reference.
Skills:
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and
software issues.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple client visits and projects.
o Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting
tools.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and providing
exceptional customer service.
o Basic understanding of cloud solutions, server management, and networking
protocols.
