Job Title: IT Support Desk
Location: Onsite at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software inquiries.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining After Effects and Device Central applications to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer expert guidance and troubleshooting for Dynamics SL to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage and resolve support requests, maintaining a detailed log of issues and solutions provided.
- Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure a robust and dynamic support system for end-users.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to maximize performance and security of IT resources.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure and network systems onsite, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems updates, and support activities for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them to provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Device Central, and Dynamics SL with practical experience in troubleshooting these applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably with a focus on application support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle different technical issues with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills to accurately document and explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill development in a fast-paced technological environment.
- Familiarity with onsite IT support practices and network management within the region of Navi Mumbai is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all technical support inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in using After Effects, Device Central, and Dynamics SL applications.
- Maintain IT support records meticulously to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of technical support activities.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to enhance security and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to ensure alignment and understanding of technical requirements and expectations.
