IT Support Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, printers, and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and ensure surveillance systems are functioning effectively.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
• Handle routine maintenance of IT equipment and ensure timely upgrades and repairs.
• Support network infrastructure – LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
• Respond to IT support requests through in-person visits, email, or helpdesk systems.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Ensure data backup processes and IT security measures are in place and followed.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement, installation, or servicing of IT and CCTV equipment.
• Stay updated on IT best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
• Familiarity with CCTV setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
