Overview
IT Support Engineer
· Location: Chennai (Velachery)
· Experience: Minimum 6 months in Printer Support
· Work Mode: Field and Onsite work
Bike is mandatoryRoles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for printers (both local and networked).
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), and print management solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing toner/ink, cleaning components, and checking paper handling systems.
- Monitor printer performance and logs to proactively identify potential failures or recurring issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network printer configurations and updates.
Assist users with printing issues, paper jams, driver installations, and other printer-related concerns
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
