Job Description: IT Support Engineer (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Pathankot Bypass, Near Reru Pind Gate, Jalandhar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in IT / BSc IT / Network Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and networking issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, printer, and basic server problems
• Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and internet connectivity
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and resolve minor faults
• Support users with basic Google Sheets tasks and general IT queries
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions
• Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with computer networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Familiarity with IT support tools and best practices
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
