Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Office 365)
Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency
Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and logs
Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and issue resolution
Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents (SLA adherence)
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and backup operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux knowledge is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques
Good knowledge of hardware components and peripherals
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
