Key Responsibilities:

1. End user support-set up, configure, and deploy laptop desktops
2. Resolve login, access, and password-related problems
3. Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
4. Maintain asset inventory records
5. Support scheduled maintenance activities
6. Support MFA, antivirus, encryption, and patch compliance
7. Ensure professional user experience and satisfaction
