Overview
Job Title- IT Support/Desktop Support Engineer (Full-time)
Job Timings- 9 am to 6 pm or 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware troubleshooting and Voice/telephonic troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software like- Google Workspace.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
- Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
- Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Minimum qualification- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
