Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Software Support Executives. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, resolving customer queries, and ensuring smooth usage of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions
• Document and escalate unresolved issues to the technical team
• Assist in software installations, updates, and user training
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems
• Willingness to learn and grow in a tech support environment
