IT Support Executive

Overview

Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.

Installation of computer systems, networks, and applications or finding software errors through troubleshooting.

Ensure all systems are secure and operational.

Respond to IT-related issues and requests.

Online / Offline technical support and assistance to users.

Establish best practices for IT security.

Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Maintain Asset Numbering on all IT equipment's.

Ensure Branch connectivity 24x7 on MPLS or VPN .

Diagnose the problem with their user system.

Monitor all servers and its services. Ensure all server ups and runnning 24x7.
