Job Description:
Join us as an IT Support Executive handling antivirus software installations, renewals, and performance-related concerns for US users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide users through installation and license key activation.
- Troubleshoot issues with virus detection, quarantine, and firewall settings.
- Upsell security plans when applicable.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of antivirus software (Norton, McAfee, Avast, etc.).
- Confident spoken English.
- Experience with support/sales is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,056.21 - ₹34,873.90 per month
Shift:
- Night shift
Work Location: In person
