Job Description: IT Support for R&I Applications - MODELLING & SIMULATION
Within the IT department, as a member of the Digital Growth and Innovation Delivery team, The IT Support will be in charge of solutions support and operational maintenance. Working with the service owner and R&I stakeholders you will support applications and services related to R&I activities and digital ambition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert IT support for R&I applications (ELN, LIMS, Lab data tools, Modeling and Simulation), ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to R&I applications.
• Develop and maintain up to date documentations (technical, operating documents, processes, procedures …)
• Manage incidents and work orders ticket following specified SLA,
• Coordinate with IT stakeholders, partners and suppliers,
• Provide trainings to end-users
• Participate in IT transformation projects (including systems evolutions, migration of applications to new environments, upgrade processes, …) ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Reporting on platform activities & KPI’s
  
  

You will be particularly involved in the following activities:

• End-user support, incidents, work-orders
• Users access management,
• Application licenses requests management
• Operational excellence & reporting
• Support service plan & maintenance
  
  

Technical environments : Windows workstations, Intune, Helix, Windows servers, Databases (Oracle, SQL), Tanium,
R&I applications : ELN, LIMS (Agilab, Labware), ACDLabs, Agilent Openlab, Modeling & Simulation (Abaqus, Ansys, Aspen, Moldflow, Cosmotherm, Chemdraw …)
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years experience reqd.

• Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on scientific applications.
• Knowledge of Laboratories applications is required
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure landscape design and implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with IT transformation projects is highly appreciable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for task management is a plus
