IT Support Specialist

Overview

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Strong knowledge Office 365, Windows Operating systems, Remote support, Network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with network hardware and software configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office365, Office 365 Admin, MS Outlook, Anti-Virus, Network Printer, Domain Server, User Support, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, Wireless Network, Remote Support, Backup Solutions & Level 1 Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls)
• Familiarity with network monitoring, management & Remote Support tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive mind & Enthusiastic will add value to the team
• Should have good hand on experience on Microsoft OS like win 10, 11 and Server editions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
• Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, Switches, DNS /DHCP and firewalls.
• Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.
• Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.
• Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Managing Data Backups as well as Network devices backups.
• Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
• Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Handling level 1 & Level 2 support tickets as per company’s SOP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
