IT Support Specialist

Overview

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.

• Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Provide IT support to customers.
• Troubleshoot IT-related problems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems.
• Optimize operational efficiency.

1. Comprehensive IT Knowledge: Maintain and repair office accessories like monitors, CPUs, printers, and more. Ensure all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
2. Backup Management: Arrange and maintain backups, ensuring data safety and quick recovery in case of issues.
3. Network & Server Management: Oversee servers, networks, and Wi-Fi, ensuring they are running smoothly and are up-to-date.
4. Error Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any errors or issues that arise with IT equipment and systems.
5. Software Support: Provide support for software such as Zoho and Zoom, coordinating with customer support for issue resolution.
6. Social Media & Digital Tasks: Candidate should have basic knowledge of social media operations, including posting content when required. Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, basic graphic editing, and an understanding of digital marketing principles is preferred, as they may be asked to assist with social media work from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
